(SIT) Storage in Transit
A very technical term but what it means is as a customer we can store belongings overnight on our truck; securely, in the event that your move travels over more than a single day. Example: If your move starts at 3 PM and you are not allowed into your new home until the next day, we can store the move on our truck and deliver it in the morning. This is ideal for those customers who need a quick solution for overnight delivery. Your belongings are still insured while on our moving truck even in the event of storing overnight.
Short-Term Storage
Above the Crowd can also offer short-term for those who need it in our climate controlled, secure warehouse facility. We often see customers who are in-between residence choose this option. It's cheaper than traditional storage and a great help if you're stuck between closings on a home.
Long-Term Storage
We also provide long-term solutions. We have many customers and commercial clients that use our warehouse to keep seasonal items dry or until they figure out where they want to actually put the property in the end.
Our facility is insured, secured, climate-controlled, and ready for you when you need it.
Not interested in our storage facility? That's okay. We can also move property to a location of your own choice in the event that you have privately secured a location within the Twin Cities metro area. Many of our residential moving customers have our movers unload or load at another facility or warehouse.
